Observations: Solid mileage week. The miles kind of crept up on me. I had a nice weekend of 13.5 and 9 and the legs felt strong. My conditioning at an accelerated pace is a work in progress, but leg strength is not a problem. Only a couple more weeks until the 5k, which will provide another measuring stick. Back to the salt mines!
