Observations: Less than 1 mile from a 3rd 50 mile week in a row. That’s slightly annoying, but I am otherwise happy with the week. I had a great interval workout on Tuesday and better than average easy runs. Overall pace was solid, but I notice there were no tempo runs last week. Dropping to 8:00 pace takes a bit more effort. I’ll give it a shot on Thursday or Friday.
